Joy envisaged HR that would be built around excellent personalised customer service and helping SMEs to maximise their profits. She wanted to ensure that SMEs could have their own HR and employment law specialist at a fraction of the cost of recruiting their own in-house specialist.

In late 2013 Amy Martin, a former Employment Law Solicitor, joined Joy as Absolute Works, bringing with her a wealth of legal knowledge and management experience. Amy is CIPD qualified and an associate member of the CIPD and her arrival marked a period of rapid expansion for Absolute Works. Over the past few years the services offered and, the team has grown. We are a family run business and despite our growth our core values remain.
